The compact and lightweight design of the sensors enables, among other things also the use of hyperspectral sensors on UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) systems. Headwall is the only manufacturer worldwide that has integrated a hyperspectral line scanner using their own master-quality holographic gratings on a UAV system in the &lt;25kg category as a complete system. This enables flexible and independent hyperspectral data acquisition without a specialized UAV individual ascent permit. The complete system includes all the necessary hardware and software components so that you can independently carry out a hyperspectral UAV mission flight and the subsequent data preparation and processing. The data remains in your hand during the entire processing (no transfer to an online service).
