Remote hyperspectral sensing with UAV systems
The Center for Hyperspectral Remote Sensing Europe (CHRSE) was formed in late 2019 by Headwall and geo-konzept to support the implementation and utilization of hyperspectral imaging technology combined with other sensor technology (e. g. LiDAR and GPS) with a focus on agriculture, mining and infrastructure inspection applications.
In this workshop we have speakers discussing compelling topics, live demos (weather permitting), and lively discourse amongst seasoned remote sensing researchers and those who want to add hyperspectral and LiDAR remote sensing technology to their toolbox.

Spectral sensing with portable equipment
We demonstrate portable hyperspectral field spectrometers in live action. The solutions of Spectral Evolution offer the highest spectral resolution within applications of close-range remote sensing. By providing up to 2.000 spectral channels, the user gets a highly detailed spectral reflectance curve. This technology is used in the area of geology and mining, environmental research, agriculture and in general GroundTruthing of UAV-based or satellite HSI-data.
In this workshop we demonstrate the technology, provide the opportunity to perform field measurements with it, explain the technological background and showcase applications of this technology.
