Beware fraud:
Fake online shops
The fact that our products are very popular on the market has not gone unnoticed by international fraudsters: In our research over the past few weeks, we have increasingly come across questionable online offers in which our cropster GUIDE steering system is offered at unrealistically low prices.
These shops use stolen images and text and pretend to sell genuine products – sometimes with deceptive realism. Unfortunately, it’s likely that several such sites exist or will emerge. We clearly distance ourselves from these sites and strongly warn against falling for such dubious, suspiciously cheap offers. These websites are fake shops that only collect data and money. Customers who order from them will not receive the goods they purchased.
We have already forwarded the cases known to us to our legal department. However, experience has shown that it is difficult to permanently take such shops offline, as they are often quickly deleted, renamed, or operated via foreign domains. For some shops, a quick internet search will at least reveal that they are fraudulent.
To be on the safe side, please use only our official retailers or order directly from us. If you are unsure, we are of course available by phone or email.
