Upgrade your Mesa 3 now and stay safe!
Juniper Systems’ rugged tablets are known for their robustness and reliability. However, for Mesa 3 devices, there is now a need to update the operating system, and our geo-konzept experts are happy to assist you:
Some Mesa 3 devices are running Windows 10 Pro, for which Microsoft will soon be ending support. These operating systems will no longer receive updates after mid-October. To ensure continued secure and reliable operation of your Mesa, you should update the operating system to Windows IoT or upgrade to the successor model, Mesa 4.
OPTION 1: Operating system update (another 7 years of support)
Are you so satisfied with your Mesa 3 that you want to continue using it and only update the operating system?
This is the most cost-effective option and requires you to send the device to us. Our technicians and experts will update the operating system to Windows IoT, reinstall your Mesa 3, and you will receive the device back within a few weeks. This update service costs €797 net.
Is your Mesa 3 already running Windows IoT?
Excellent! Then you don’t need to do anything further and can use your device without worry until 2032. You can see which Windows version your Mesa is using under Settings -> System -> About.
OPTION 2: Switch to the new Mesa 4
Want to take advantage of the upgrade and not only have the latest operating system but also more features and better device performance?
Then upgrading to the successor model, Mesa 4, is worthwhile. It boasts up to three times faster CPU performance: With a processor speed of 3.7 GHz and up to 16 GB of RAM, Mesa 4 enables seamless task execution, demanding applications, and minimized energy consumption. Despite these performance improvements, it achieves longer battery life compared to Mesa 3 in the same tests. The implementation of an NVMe PCIe SSD delivers six times faster read and write speeds. The Mesa 4’s redesigned touchscreen sets new standards: Even in rain or with a wet display, operation remains precise and comfortable – a clear advantage over previous models.
